IDEAL YOUTH FOR
REVOLUTIONARY CHANGES (IYRC)

When voices refuse to be silent

What If No One Ever Heard You?

Imagine carrying stories inside you that no one asks about! A childhood where pain is routine, but speaking about it is not! A home where silence is survival, and dreams feel like a privilege!

In 2016, inside a small room, a group of students from migrant worker families sat down for what seemed like an ordinary discussion. But then, a boy with trembling hands and hesitant words broke the silence he spoke about the violence at home.

What followed was a flood of confessions. 20 out of 22 students in the room had lived the same pain but never dared to say it out loud.
That day, silence wasn’t just broken; a movement was born. IYRC: A Movement born from lived realities

They didn’t wait for change; they built it.

Suraj Kant, once a student in that very room, knew the struggle firsthand. He saw the need for a space where young people could speak up, be heard, and push back against the injustices around them. That’s how ‘Ideal Youth for Revolutionary Changes (IYRC)’ was born.

Today, this youth-led movement is breaking the silence, turning conversations into action, and making sure their voices don’t go unheard.

When barriers fall, possibilities rise

  • Chalk Board Classes (CBC): Because education should never be a distant dream. IYRC ensures migrant children get quality learning, guiding them into mainstream schools and keeping their dreams alive.
  • Digital Adda: When opportunities are locked behind screens, digital literacy becomes power. From online transactions to AI-driven learning, IYRC is bridging the gap for those left behind.
  • Breaking the Taboos Around Health: Through Sexual & Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), young people are finally getting the right answers about their bodies, choices, and rights.

Reclaiming power through expression

  • Theatre of the Oppressed: Turning real-life struggles into powerful plays, where the audience isn’t just watching, they’re forced to think, react, and change.
  • The Unique Mic: Where Silence Ends: Imagine a stage where no voice is too small. IYRC’s open mic gives young people the freedom to express their reality through music, poetry, dance, and storytelling. Because sometimes, art speaks when words fail.

Change doesn’t begin in boardrooms or policies. It begins in small rooms, where big voices refuse to stay silent.

The question is will we listen?

Watch their journey. Feel their courage. Stand with them.
